FACILITATOR WEEK 4

Hi Guys!

I am Isabel Ramírez de Arellano Sevilla and this week I have been the facilitator of my group. This days, we have been through lots of things and feelings.

Chalkies were nervous this week,  because we couldn't fail this time in our presentation. It was the second time we were going to do the presentation of a topic for primary education and especially the stars were nervous, but they did know how to keep calm and how to do, finally, the best presentation they could ever done. I am happy with our work although there are many things to improve that we will do each day but I think my group has worked a lot this week to get a better mark and improve the presentation of last week and for me,we have succeeded.  At first, we are a bit disorganized because we are seven people and it is difficult to start working in one thing, so it is good to have one person that organize the work and divide it among the members of a group.

We have many things to improve each week like being more organized, more sure about what we do but the most important thing, we have to trust in ourselves because this week I have seen that if we want, this group would be a real number one in this class. We won't give up!

Finally, on Wednesday we had to work in different groups: all facilitators together, all journalists together... It was a great experience to work with people who were not from your group. All facilitators get along well and we did a video showing eight tips to be the best facilitator. Do you want to see it? Here you have it!
